"Ask IPC Global" is an Alexa Skill developed and distributed by IPC Global. The skill provides users with access to information and services on their Qlik Cloud tenant via Amazon's Alexa-enabled devices.

skill or use it for any unlawful or harmful purposes. Moreover, your agreements with Qlik or AWS are not affected in any way by these Terms.

IPC Global reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the skill after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

6. Termination

IPC Global may suspend or terminate your access to the skill at any time, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise harmful to other users or IPC Global's interests.

The Ask IPC Global skill is provided "as is" and "as available." IPC Global makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the skill, or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IPC Global shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Ask IPC Global skill, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

IPC Global Services (“IPC Global”) is a d.b.a. of Inprocess Consulting LLC, a Georgia corporation. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
